Our Story
360 Property Care was founded in Big Sky by Caden Martin, who brought several years of lawn and landscape experience from Tennessee. He was joined by his cousin and co-owner Jake, who grew up operating heavy equipment on his family’s Iowa farm, and co-owner and operating partner Joe Goodrick, who spent years working in his family’s landscaping business along the Pacific Northwest coast.
Different backgrounds brought them to Big Sky, but a shared vision kept them here: to build their lives in the community while raising the standard for property care.
They saw a gap between large out-of-town companies and part-time operators—and an opportunity to offer something better. With investment in professional equipment and a commitment to reliability, craftsmanship, communication, and accountability, 360 was built specifically for the expectations of Big Sky properties.
Today, 360 remains locally owned and owner-operated. An owner is on every property, every visit, backed by professional equipment and documented before-and-after reporting—giving homeowners confidence their property is cared for whether they’re home or thousands of miles away.
